How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  2. Return Instructions: We will provide you with specific instructions on how and where to send your return package.
  3. Packaging: Please securely package the item(s) you are returning in the original packaging, if possible, or in suitable protective packaging.

    • Option 1 (Customer Pays Return Shipping): You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges:

If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you once we have received and processed the returned item. If the desired exchange item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternative options or issue a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately upon receipt with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.
